We can customize a personalized package to fit your needs and to stay within your budget or you can choose from one of the following packages:
Package A:
2 Wedding planning sessions
Wedding day orchestration (Ceremony only)
Meeting with officiate conducting the ceremony (rehearsal)
* This package is designed for the Do-It-Yourself Bride. All the T's have been crossed, all the I's have been dotted. Now you need someone to oversee the details of the most important part of your special day--the Ceremony. We do our very best to make sure your wedding day goes according to plan.
Package B:
3 Wedding Planning sessions
Wedding day orchestration (Ceremony & start of reception only)
Meeting with officiate conducting the ceremony and
assistance with Personalizing Wedding Ceremony and vows
* This package is designed for the Do-It-Yourself Bride that will handle all of the planning, but needs a professional to oversee both the ceremony and the start of the reception.
Package C:
3 wedding planning sessions
Assistance in creating and staying within budget
Wedding day orchestration **Ceremony & Reception
Meeting with officiate conducting the ceremony and assistance with
Personalizing wedding ceremony and vows
Greeting services, such as Hostess/Host, Master/Mistress
Flower pinning prior to guests seating by Ushers
Vendor suggestions and advice
Special arrangements for special needs guests
Coordination of vendors, musicians, entertainment, etc.
Coordination with venue staff
Assigned seating coordination & implementation
*This package is for the Bride that desires help in planning and visualizing her wedding day.
Package D:
Unlimited Wedding Planning Sessions
Assistance in creating and staying within budget
Wedding Day Orchestration **Ceremony & Reception
Meeting with officiate conducting ceremony and assistance with Personalizing Wedding Ceremony and vows
Greeting services, such as Hostess/Host, Master/Mistress
Flower pinning prior to guests seating by Ushers
Special arrangements for special needs guests
Coordination of vendors, musicians, entertainment, etc.
Coordination with venue staff
Assigned seating coordination & implementation
Special necessities for both men & women's restrooms
Coordination/orchestration for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
Distribution of payments to vendors as needed on the day of event
*This package is for the Bride that desires full planning service- From the time you say, "Yes!" until the time you say "I Do", we are here for you every step of the way! Site visits, colors and etiquette advice...Need a girlfriend to go shopping with? Here is where we can do that too!!!

***Don't quite see a package that fits your needs? No problem...contact us and we'll provide you with a personalized package for your specific needs and budget! Wedding planning sessions are also available on a per hour basis and typically require 5-8 sessions for a moderate to large size wedding (200 to 300 guests). Smaller sized wedding and events will require less time and larger events may require additional time. Telephone and email correspondence are complimentary.
